The hotel offers a lovely stay with a nice view and comfortable rooms in the Executive Lounge, but the handicap bathroom lacks shelves for toiletries. The service is excellent, from the helpful desk staff to the warm and culturally rich hospitality. The location is ideal for beach lovers but a bit secluded from other amenities. Dining includes Puerto Rican sweet rolls but lacks variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room amenities drawback.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were in excellent condition as always, with great beds and linens, although the handicap bathroom lacked space to place toiletries. The service, from chambermaids to the valet, was helpful and friendly, reflecting Sheraton hospitality. The location was convenient, being in the convention center area with access to local restaurants. The dining options were somewhat limited but included some local specialties.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and the dining experience was enjoyable with a few limitations. Overall, great value for money.
